Ishy was fired

I try to wear my heart on my sleeve here, and since this is a highly emotional day, it wouldn't be fair not to talk about it.

Ishy has an aggression problem. He will snap and bark at people and dogs for no good reason. It may be getting worse, I'm not sure. And it's entirely my fault has his caretaker. I think I may have indulged it a little too much since he would bark at the really scary people that live on the streets near my home, and would protect Jayne.

Unfortunately, he did this for a second time at work yesterday (and at a high powered recruiter no less). So he was fired.

Now I have to figure out what to do. While I do get a whole helluva lot more work done from home, and haven't really been loving the 40 minutes of driving each way (sans traffic), there's a lot that I get from spending the day with them peninsula folks. I almost went crazy that week I worked from home (and I would have if not for Jayne. I'm so glad she's there to comfort me and make me sane).

So now I need to figure out what the fuck comes next.

Xbox live works

With Jayne sewing away for burning man I found myself with many free hours this weekend. So to pass the time I picked up a 360. 3 days later and many hairs fewer I've beaten my firewall into submission enough to let me play on xbox live.

Here's my gamer tag.

Thank you Lexi

There's a blessing and a curse in being best friends with a googler. Especially one that works on blogger. Sometimes your blog gets used for internal debugging purposes. Apparently when she was asked for a regularly updated blog that doesn't do picture uploading or use a bunch of the other blog features she thought of me. And then they broke my login for a few weeks.

Ah well. It's fixed now, and I can start the Ecuador tales.

Thank you Lexi.
