I want to give a shout out to the nice folks at the Golden Gate Cycles service department. They were so much easier to deal with than the folks ad Redwood City Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki (or whatever). And it's not exactly the service department. I have no problem with either (though the GGC staff was very friendly, and helpful; fully helping me out) But the big thing that blew me away was the proptness of service. I had been putting off getting my bike (a ZR-7S) serviced (it justed needed some routine 6k miles work) because of the hassle I had where I had to set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I can't make plans 8 hours in advance, how was I supposed to remember after a fortnight to take my bike in. This time, I fully took advantage of the "In by 10 out by 6 policy". Thanks guys.
